>concept > visuals (give the characters character, and facial expression)
>movement > landscape (needs more detail, grass, rocks, trees, etc)
>control > Music/sound Effects
> fun

This game has a lot of potential, just work on these things and you should be good!

No magic tricks there, just start running and try to throw at about a 45 degree angle from the end of the runway. The timing doesn't need to be 100% perfect, but pretty close to that, so it is a very difficult medal.
